This paint is a decorative paint, made from water-based special resin, weather-resistant，pigments,environmentally friendly 
additives and deionized water through a special process. 

●Product Features: 
The orange pattern is clear with strong dimensionality and good decorative performance. it dries quickly with features of strong adhesion, good hardness, and good mechanical properties. 

●Application: 
It is suitable for protective and decorative coating of various machinery, equipment, machine tools, etc.It can cover up the rough and uneven imperfections of various metal surfaces to gain an artistic decorative effects. 

●Usage method: 
Construction method 
1.Coating times :Suggest to coat two times. The 
first coat should be thinned slightly to cover the 
surface. After 15-30 minutes, apply the second coat. 
then ,the viscosity of the 2nd coat should be 
slightly more viscous than the first coat. By using 
continuous, intermittent, and dot spraying 
techniques to make the raised dots even. The dry 
film thickness is 65±5mm. 
2.Matching paint: Rust-resistant metal primer 
3.Surface treatment: Remove rust from tools, 
scrape the filler, and polish the sandpaper. 
Generally, it is required to have a rust-resistant 
primer or basecoat layer to avoid surface 
adsorption of acid, alkali, or water condensation. 
4.Painting method: 
Air spraying: Add water 0-10% (based on the 
weight of the paint) 
Nozzle diameter: 1.5-2.5mm 
Air pressure: 0.4-0.6MPa 
5.Ratio: 
Two-component paint: curing agent = 8:1 (weight 
ratio) 
Construction time limit: Two-component: 25°C, 4h 
Theoretical amount: 0.25kg/㎡
